Present: William Meegan, chair, Russell Walton, Richard Osnoss, Janet Weidner, John Flender, Ronald Rappaport, and Deborah Cini, Administrative Assistant.
Mr. Meegan opened the meeting at 3:00p.m.
Mr. Rappaport was requested to attend this meeting of the Planning Board to clarify the interpretation of the Zoning Bylaws 4.0, 6.0 and Subdivision Regulations 1.03.
What role does adequacy of a road play in the approval or denial of a comprehensive site plan?
What is required for the Middle Line project?
Mr. Rappaport was asked to clarify the possible discrepancy between the Zoning Bylaws and the Subdivision Regulations. Mr. Rappaport stated that he would like time to review the Subdivision Regulations and Zoning Bylaws. He will submit a written statement when completed.
